This role is based in South Africa and supports UK clients and internal UK practice operations remotely. You’ll be part of a collaborative, fast-moving team where organisation, professionalism and attention to detail really matter.

Your role in the Revolution
- Act as a first point of contact for clients by phone, email and, where relevant, video call.
- Support the onboarding of new clients, including gathering information, issuing paperwork and coordinating setup processes.
- Manage AML and compliance administration in line with internal procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate client records, databases and CRM systems.
- Handle professional clearance processes and the transfer of client records.
- Liaise with HMRC and Companies House in relation to registrations, correspondence and general administrative matters.
- Monitor shared inboxes, respond to routine queries and ensure messages are directed and actioned appropriately.
- Chase clients for records, outstanding documents and other information required by the practice.
- Support workflow coordination across the team to help ensure deadlines and client commitments are met.
- Assist with billing administration, invoice follow-up and credit control where required.
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to Managers, Directors and wider team members.
- Prepare documents, letters, forms and standard correspondence accurately and in a timely manner.
- Maintain internal administrative processes and support continuous improvement in practice systems and ways of working.
- Assist with meeting coordination, diary management and other general team support tasks where required.
- Ensure all work is completed accurately, professionally and in line with practice standards.
Expertise you bring
- Previous experience in an administrative role within a UK accountancy practice, tax practice or professional services environment would be highly beneficial.
- Experience supporting client onboarding, compliance administration or general practice coordination would be advantageous.
- Familiarity with HMRC, Companies House and standard accountancy practice processes would be useful.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines and follow-ups.
- Confident written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to deal professionally with clients and colleagues.
- High attention to detail and a reliable approach to handling records, documentation and compliance-related tasks.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office, shared mailboxes, CRM systems and digital document workflows.
- Experience with accountancy software such as Xero or payroll systems such as BrightPay would be beneficial.
- A relevant administrative, business or finance qualification would be advantageous, although practical experience is equally important.
- Proactive, dependable and able to work independently while also supporting a wider team.
