Join a revolution, not just a company. We’re on a mission to reshape the way accountancy operates, and we’re looking for people who want more than just a job. We want people who want purpose, growth and the chance to make a real impact.

This role is based in South Africa and supports UK clients and internal UK practice operations remotely. You’ll be part of a collaborative, fast-moving team where organisation, professionalism and attention to detail really matter.

If you enjoy keeping things running smoothly, supporting people behind the scenes and being a key part of a growing business, we’d love to hear from you.

Your role in the Revolution

  • Manage AML and compliance administration in line with internal procedures and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain accurate client records, databases and CRM systems.
  • Handle professional clearance processes and the transfer of client records.
  • Liaise with HMRC and Companies House in relation to registrations, correspondence and general administrative matters.

  • Support workflow coordination across the team to help ensure deadlines and client commitments are met.
  • Assist with billing administration, invoice follow-up and credit control where required.
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to Managers, Directors and wider team members.
  • Prepare documents, letters, forms and standard correspondence accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Maintain internal administrative processes and support continuous improvement in practice systems and ways of working.
  • Assist with meeting coordination, diary management and other general team support tasks where required.
  • Ensure all work is completed accurately, professionally and in line with practice standards.

Expertise you bring

  • Previous experience in an administrative role within a UK accountancy practice, tax practice or professional services environment would be highly beneficial.
  • Experience supporting client onboarding, compliance administration or general practice coordination would be advantageous.
  • Familiarity with HMRC, Companies House and standard accountancy practice processes would be useful.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines and follow-ups.
  • Confident written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to deal professionally with clients and colleagues.
  • High attention to detail and a reliable approach to handling records, documentation and compliance-related tasks.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office, shared mailboxes, CRM systems and digital document workflows.
  • Experience with accountancy software such as Xero or payroll systems such as BrightPay would be beneficial.
  • A relevant administrative, business or finance qualification would be advantageous, although practical experience is equally important.
  • Proactive, dependable and able to work independently while also supporting a wider team.

Your skills for success

  • Professional and client-focused in your approach.
