Your role in the Revolution

  • Hunt down potential clients through research, networking, and outreach.
  • Keep your pipeline full of hot leads.
  • Use various methods like cold calling, email campaigns, and social media to reach out.
  • Create and deliver engaging sales presentations and proposals.
  • Tailor your pitch to match each client’s needs and interests.
  • Highlight the value and benefits of our products/services.
  • Foster strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Understand what clients need and provide customized solutions.
  • Regularly check in to ensure clients are happy and address any concerns.
  • Handle the entire sales journey from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Negotiate terms and agreements to get the best deals.
  • Keep accurate records of your activities and client interactions in the relevant CRM system.
  • Meet and exceed your individual and team sales goals.
  • Continuously look for ways to improve your performance.
  • Work closely with the team and management to develop winning sales strategies.
  • Keep up with industry trends, market conditions, and what the competition is doing.
  • Share insights and feedback with the team.
  • Spot new markets and opportunities for growth.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for the team.
  • Communicate effectively with other departments like Marketing, Finance and Customer Service.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to strategic planning.


Expertise you bring:

  • 3+ Years of Sales Experience with suitable exposure to the relevant industry (SaaS, Professional Services, Bookkeeping/ Accountancy).
  • A proven & quantifiable track record of achieving / exceeding commercial targets.
  • The ability to apply your skill to any market vertical.
  • The knowledge and ability to articulate what you are better at than anyone else.
  • This mindset “I can & I will” with the proof of how you have done it.
  • Proficiency in utilising sales & marketing software and technologies, with a willingness to adapt to new systems.
  • Dedication to upholding the highest standards of quality and compliance in all aspects of work.
  • Customer-focused approach, dedicated to delivering exemplary service and exceeding client expectations.
  • Outstanding time management abilities, capable of prioritising tasks and consistently meeting deadlines.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain consistent performance.


What you’ll get   

The basics:

  • Salary – £30,000
  • Pension – Like you would expect!
  • Uncapped Commission Plan
  • Annual Leave – 25 days + UK Bank holiday
