What do you do?

Antoaneta is the one who holds it all together at R.E.P.R.E.S.E.N.T- people, priorities, pressure, and pace. Equal parts strategist and doer, she’s the silent force behind the Revolution, quietly steering the storm. From operations to sales, client success to creative, and everything in between – if it needs doing, she’ll step in. And she’ll get it done with energy, speed, and no excuses. Spotting what people need before they say it – whether that’s a customer or a team member – that’s the part she lives for. She’s all about experience that actually works, and a work culture that doesn’t need selling. Outside of work, she’s probably in the cinema, chasing new ideas, or booking a trip she definitely doesn’t have time for (but will go on anyway)

What do you do?

From shaping strategy to fixing the details no one else sees. Antoaneta bridges people, priorities, and purpose – making sure the work actually works.

Why do you do it?

The impact, the people, the mess, the momentum – I like seeing things work because we made them work. And if it leaves the world even slightly better than we found it, that’s worth showing up for.

People usually come to me for / pick my brain on:

  • Things need doing or fixing fast.
  • Progress, not just plans – something to move, shift, land.
  • Customer success that works for the client and the business.
  • An idea that needs a reality check – I’ll ask the hard questions
  • Anything yellow
